I imagine a world that does not exist yet. I imagine a world where the vast majority of people wake up every single morning inspired, feel safe at work, and return home fullfilled at the end of the day. To inspire people to do the the things that inspire them, so together each of us can change our world for the better. --Simon Sinek

I strive to fulfill this with the software that I write and the relationships formed while collaborating on the projects.

I focus on developing custom software solutions in the Health Care and Mortgage industries. Do you want to join me in changing the world?

Thoughts of Inspiration

  • We don't build trust by offering help to others, but by asking help from others.
  • Definition of Optimist : sees what they want and they set out to get it.
  • Definition of Pessimist : sees the things that prevent them from getting what they want
  • Work is expending effort on things we don't want to do. Passion is expending energy on things we love to do. The goal is to do no work.
  • A weak leader likes to tell us how many people work for them. A great leader is humbled to tell us how many people they work for.
  • Always plan for the fact that no plan ever goes according to plan.
  • Stand for people; not a product or service or metric or number. Stand for real, living, breathing people and we will change the world.
  • Pure pragmatism cannot imagine a bold future. Pure idealism cannot get anything done. It is the delicate blend of both that drives innovation.
  • Great leaders don't try to be perfect. Great leaders try to be themselves. And that's what makes them great.
  • Innovation is not born from the dream; innovation is born from the struggle.
  • The drive for order interrupts the beautiful chaos needed for creativity to thrive.
  • True love exists in business. It's when employee and employer are amazingly grateful to have each other. We should all have true love at work.
  • The future is only scary if we try to avoid it.
  • A team is not a group of people who work togeher. A team is a group of people who trust each other.
  • To overcome our challenges, all that is required is the courage to ask for help.
  • Leading is not the same as being a leader. Leading means others are willing to follow, not because they have to, but because they want to.
  • Life is beautiful not because of the things we see or do. Life is beautiful because of the people we meet.
  • The goal is not simply to "work hard, play hard." The goal is to make our work and our play indistinguishable.
  • "Whether you think you can or think you can't - you're right." -Henry Ford
  • A favorite quote of mine -- Steven Jobs

"I read a study that measured the efficiency of locomotion for various species on the planet. The condor used the least energy to move a kilometer. Humans came in with a rather unimpressive showing about a third of the way down the list ... That didn't look so good, but then someone at Scientific American had the insight to test the efficiency of locomotion for a man on a bicycle. And a man on a bicycle blew the condor away. That's what a computer is to me: the computer is the most remarkable tool that we've ever come up with. It's the equivalent of a bicycle for our minds."
